Width/height are automatic; this sets trough depth only.
4 mm
The printed shell wall, not the plaster.
20 mm
Extra trough length past each end for a solid plaster border.
0.35 mm
9 mm
Ball-and-socket bumps that lock the plaster pieces back into alignment. Too big can trap the model.

Fit is the play between the two cast pieces, not a printer tolerance: lower locates better, higher goes together more easily. Raise the draft if a natch breaks off when you pull the plaster out.
Position is a share of the room the mold leaves, not a distance, so every setting lands in solid plaster. 0 puts the natches near the middle, 100 out at the wall. The middle setting leaves the most plaster around them.
Funnel cuts a tapered channel for a closed shape. Open rim stops the plaster at your model's own mouth, so a cup or bowl opens into a crater you pour straight into: set the pour axis to the axis the vessel stands on. None seals the mold on every side, which only suits a shape you will open some other way.

Seam fit is the slot the housing walls sit in: drop it if your printer is accurate, raise it if the parts will not go together. Clamp grip makes the clamps bite as you push them down instead of sliding on loose; drop it to 0 if a clamp will not seat. Neither makes the seam watertight on its own, so still run a thin bead of petroleum jelly along it before you pour.
