Print in two parts (screw-on handle)

One handle takes any number of screw-on faces. The plate carries the threaded stud, the knob hides the socket in its foot, and both parts print exactly as they download, no supports.

Thread fit

Standard suits a tuned printer. If the knob binds, reprint it Loose; if it wobbles, Snug.

Flares the raised text outward so it prints cleanly in TPU and thin letters come out stronger. The printing face keeps its size.

How to print (PLA + TPU)

Print the face in flexible TPU (95A is easiest) and the handle in PLA. The screw thread joins them, no glue.

Print both parts exactly as they download: the plate face-down with the threaded stud pointing up, the knob standing on its flat foot. Neither needs supports.
Print the face image-side down on a smooth PEI or glass bed. Textured sheets ruin the imprint.
Thin, even layer of glue stick so the flexible face releases.
About 60% infill, 0.1 mm layers, slow speed (20–30 mm/s) to avoid stringing.
Dry the TPU first, and prefer bold or rounded fonts. Thin and serif fonts lose detail below ~8 mm.
A light wet-sand (400 grit) of the face gives a cleaner impression.
