Upload a font once here and it shows up in the font list of every generator that has one. Private to your account, never shared or shown to anyone else.
On Windows: the file dialog shows
C:\Windows\Fonts as empty even though your fonts are in
it. That folder is a special Windows view, not a real one, so no
browser can list it. Copy the font you want out of it to your
Desktop or Downloads first, then upload it from there. Dragging it
straight from the Fonts window onto the box above often works too.
