A round dartboard stand for your steel-tip darts, with a name wrapped around the case. Put yours on it.
A desk and shelf stand for darts that looks like a small dartboard: a round black case with a name raised around its side, a black and white sectored face on top, a green ring and a red bullseye. Each of the 20 wedges has a hole for a dart, and the bullseye holds three more, so the darts stand point down in a fan round the board instead of rolling around a drawer. It makes a good gift for a darts player, a pub team or a games room, especially with their name on it.
Made with our free dart holder maker, not modelled by hand: we typed DARTS into its text box, kept the Bold & Blocky font and the page's other defaults, and pressed Download. Make your own the same way with any name up to 14 characters: the tool wraps it round the case and scales it to fit the 20 mm rim. The zip holds exactly what it gives you: the four parts as separate STLs, and a 3MF with every part as its own coloured object, already nested, for a multi-material printer.
Assembled it is 100 mm across and 20 mm tall. The face drops into the top of the case, the green ring into the face and the red bullseye into the ring, and the holes line up by themselves. On a single-colour printer the face still comes out in two colours: print it in white and change to black at 3.4 mm, where the black wedges, the rim and the dividing lines begin.

Print the case, the face, the green ring and the red bullseye as exported, flat side down, no supports.
For a two-colour face on one extruder, start it in white and change to black at 3.4 mm.
Press the face into the top of the case, turning it until its holes sit over the holes in the case.
Press the green ring into the middle of the face and the red bullseye into the ring.
Stand your darts point down in the holes: one in each of the 20 wedges, three in the bullseye.

Open the free dart holder maker, type the name into the text box, pick one of its fonts and download. It wraps the name around the case and rebuilds it in your browser; the dartboard face, the green ring and the red bullseye are the same for every holder, so you can reuse the ones in this zip.
Steel-tip darts. Each hole is about 3 mm across at the top and narrows as it goes down, so a steel point slides in and stands firm. Soft-tip darts have a thick plastic point that is too wide for the holes. Print the case first and try one of your darts before you print the rest.
Yes. Print the four parts one at a time and press them together. For the black and white face, start it in white and add a colour change to black at 3.4 mm: everything above that height is the black wedges, the rim and the dividing lines. The name round the case prints in the case colour unless you paint it or use the 3MF.
About 2 h 45 min and 81 g of PLA for all four parts on a current printer at 0.2 mm layers, most of it the case (65.6 g). The time is estimated from the files, not sliced; the ring and the bullseye take only a few minutes each.
