A puffy honeycomb mesh Christmas bell in two halves that snap together on printed pins, with a hanging hole in its crown.

A Christmas bell you print flat: two honeycomb nets that you warm and press into halves, then push together on the pins printed on the rim. It closes into a hollow bell 89 mm wide, 100 mm tall and about 32 mm deep, with its clapper ball below the rim and a 3 mm hole in the crown for a thread, a ribbon or an ornament hook.
Made with our mesh former: it is the Christmas bell shape on the tool with a honeycomb net and the printed pins. Each net prints in about 24 minutes with no supports and weighs about 6.6 g. The shape is the same on its left and right, so one press forms both halves. The press is printed once and make as many ornaments as you like.
Print the nets in gold or red PETG, or in a silk filament that catches the tree lights. The zip has both nets, the press, a print sheet and the outline as an SVG you can drop on the mesh former to change the size, the net pattern or the depth.
Shown as a 3D render of the closed ornament in front of the press, not a photo.

Print the front net, the back net and the press (plug and cavity), all flat on the bed.
Lay the front net in the cavity's pocket, flat face down, so the small locator pins go through the holes in its rim.
Warm it with the heat gun kept moving 15 to 20 cm away until it goes limp. Turn the plug over side to side, like the page of a book (its left edge goes to the right, its top stays at the top), push it straight down and hold it for a minute while it cools.
Do the same with the back net in the same press.
Put the halves rim to rim and press the printed pins of the front into the holes of the back. Tie a thread through the hole in the crown.

No, it is a decoration: the clapper ball is part of the outline and the halves are formed mesh, not a sounding shell. Hang a small jingle bell inside before you close the halves if you want it to make a sound.
Yes. Thread two or three through their crown holes on one ribbon with a bow on top, the classic door decoration. Print them in gold and red, or in one colour at two sizes from the same press with the size slider.
Yes. Open the mesh former, pick the same shape (or drop the SVG from the zip on it) and change the size, the net pattern or the cell size. The tool rebuilds the nets and the press to match, and fits the depth so the net does not tear.
