Eight dog bone treats per batch, from a silicone tray you pour yourself.
A tray of eight classic dog bones, 57 mm long and 12 mm deep, with rounded knuckles and soft edges on the show face. A good size for a medium dog, and easy to cut in half for a small one.
Made with our tray mold generator in its flexible silicone tray mode: print the caster, pour a food-safe platinum silicone into it and peel out a flexible eight-bone tray. It goes in the freezer for frozen treats and in the oven for baked ones, within the temperature rating of the silicone you buy.
The zip carries the printed caster exactly as the tool exported it, one bone on its own as an STL, the master uploaded to the tool, and a print and pour sheet with the silicone figure the tool measured.
Shown as a 3D render of the printed caster with three bones in front, not a photo.

Print the caster as exported, open side up. It is one part, so there are no seams to seal. No supports.
Set it on a level surface. Mix 238 ml of silicone in one batch and pour it into one corner in a thin stream, letting it flow round the raised shapes until it is level with the rim.
Tap the caster on the table for a minute to bring the bubbles up, then let the silicone cure for as long as its datasheet says.
Peel the cured silicone out of the caster. That silicone is your tray, and the caster is ready for another one.
Fill each cavity, let it set, then flex the tray and peel it back to pop the pieces out.

A platinum-cure silicone labelled food safe, the same kind used for chocolate molds. Tin-cure silicone is not food safe. Cure it fully, then wash the tray in hot soapy water before the first batch.
Most food-safe platinum silicones are rated to around 200 C; check the datasheet of the one you buy. Bake soft doughs at the temperature the recipe asks for and let the bones cool in the tray before flexing them out.
Two to three hours in a home freezer for a yoghurt mix at about 11 ml per bone. Push them out from underneath while still frozen and store them in a bag, so the tray is free for the next batch.
