A printed tray for a set of three modern concrete tealight holders in three heights: a square one 54 mm across and 30 mm tall, a hexagon 56 mm across the flats and 50 mm tall, and a scalloped round one 61 mm across and 40 mm tall. Each has a recess 41 mm across and 18 mm deep for a standard tealight in its cup, and every holder narrows a little toward the top, the way turned concrete pieces do. The set takes 283 ml, about 623 g in concrete.
Made with our tray mold generator in its rigid tray mode: print the tray, wipe in release and pour, no silicone. The holders are cast upside down, so each top and its tealight recess come off the smooth tray floor, the recess is a drafted post the holder lifts off, and the bases are the side you strike flat. The tray is 210 x 86 mm.
Cast them grey, tint one charcoal and one terracotta, or cast the set in white Jesmonite and gild the rims. The zip carries the tray exactly as the tool exported it, the three holders on their own as an STL, the master uploaded to the tool, and a print and pour sheet.

Print the tray as exported, cavities up, no supports. PLA is fine.
Wipe a thin film of mold release or cooking oil into every cavity, including the grooves.
Mix a fine concrete or Jesmonite to a thick pour, fill each cavity, and vibrate it out: tap the tray on the table or hold a sander against the side for a minute until no more bubbles rise.
Cover the tray and let it cure for 24 hours, then flex the tray and tip the pieces out. Sand the back flat, and seal them once they have dried for a few days.
Let the holders cure for a few days, sand the bases flat on sandpaper laid on a board, stick on felt pads and seal them before the first tealight.

Standard tealights in their metal or plastic cups, 38 to 39 mm across and up to 16 mm tall. The recess is 41 mm across at the mouth and about 39 mm at the floor, 18 mm deep, so the cup drops in and sits just below the rim. Always burn them in their cup.
Concrete and Jesmonite do not burn, and a tealight in its cup barely warms them. Stand them on a heat-safe surface, keep them away from curtains and drafts, and never leave a flame alone. Do not cast this set in resin for real flames: resin softens and scorches near a flame.
Yes. Battery tealights are the same 38 mm size and drop straight into the recess, which makes the set safe for a child's room, a bathroom shelf or a wedding table where open flames are not allowed.
