Happy Birthday on two lines in a bold script, pressed into a round cookie. The cutter cuts the circle and the stamp drops inside it and presses the words in, so a whole tray of birthday cookies takes minutes. Good for birthday parties, office birthdays, party bags and birthday cookie boxes sent by post. The cookie comes out about 78 mm across.
Made with our free cookie cutter generator, not modelled by hand: we picked its Text mode, typed Happy Birthday on 2 lines in the Casual Script font, and set a round frame with 7 mm of padding round the words. The STL in the zip is exactly what the tool gives you: the round cutter (a 0.8 mm blade, 14 mm tall, with a 4 mm rim to press on) and, next to it, the stamp that fits inside it, with the letters raised and mirrored so they press into the cookie the right way round. Both print flat, with no supports.
Bake the stamped cookies plain, then dip just their edges in melted chocolate and roll them through sprinkles. The lettering in the middle stays clear and the tray looks like a party.

Print the file as exported: the cutter rim flat on the bed with the blade pointing up, and the stamp beside it, no supports.
Wash both parts in warm soapy water before the first use.
Roll the chilled dough 5 to 6 mm thick between two sheets of baking paper.
Dip the blade in flour, press straight down with your palm on the rim, and lift.
Dust the stamp, press it letters down into each cut cookie about 2 mm deep, and lift it straight up.
Chill the stamped cookies for ten minutes, then bake.
Wash both parts by hand straight after use and let them dry. PLA softens in a dishwasher.

Yes: pipe the number in the space under the words once the cookies are baked, or press a sugar number in before baking. For a number built into the stamp itself, type it as a third line in the free cookie cutter generator's Text mode.
Stamped cookies travel better than piped ones, because the lettering is in the dough and cannot smudge. Let them cool completely, pack them upright in a tin with baking paper between them, and they arrive readable.
