A paw print ornament for the dog or cat's stocking, in gingerbread brown and white, ready for the pet's name.
Want your own version? Make it free in our christmas ornament tool. A free account gives you free downloads every week.
An ornament for the pet who gets a stocking too: a paw print in gingerbread brown with a raised white trim and "Santa Paws" in white script across the pad, and a loop at the top for a ribbon. Open it in the free tool and put the dog's or cat's name on it instead, or add it as a third line.
Made with our free Christmas ornament generator, not modelled by hand: we picked the paw shape, "Santa" and "Paws" on two lines in the Retro Script font, and the gingerbread and icing colour set. Everything else is the tool's default. The zip holds exactly what the tool exports: a 3MF with every part in its own colour, and the same print as one STL. Like every free download from the tool, it carries a small MESHCAST mark where it does not show.
Print it flat, face up, with no supports, thread a ribbon through the loop and it is on the tree the same evening. Print one for everyone at the table, or open the tool and change the words first.
Shown as a 3D render of the printed ornament, lying flat as it comes off the bed, not a photo.

Print it flat, face up, as exported. No supports.
For two colours on one nozzle, change filament at the height in the README: the letters and the trim start there.
Pull off any stringing round the letters with tweezers.
Thread a ribbon, twine or an ornament hook through the loop at the top.

Yes. Open the free Christmas ornament generator from this page, pick the paw shape and type the pet's name, on its own or under "Santa Paws". There is also a pet bone shape in the same tool, and both work as a gift tag on a pet's present.
About 45 min and 16 g of PLA at 0.2 mm layers, estimated from the files rather than sliced, so a current printer is often faster. It prints flat in one piece with no supports, so it suits a first print on any printer.
It is 80 by 75 mm and 3.4 mm thick. To change that, open the free Christmas ornament generator from this page and move the size slider; the rest of the design follows, and you download the new file in a minute.
