A silly goose candle 83 mm long, 74 mm tall and 41 mm wide: a chunky sitting goose in profile with a long curved neck, a big beak, its tail tipped up, a wing and an eye on each side and a bow tied round its neck.
The mold is exactly what our two-part candle mold generator builds for it: two rigid halves with rubber-band grooves, pry pockets and a pour funnel on top. The goose stands side-on to the seam, so its outline, neck and beak are the parting line and each side is one half, and the tool's own seam check finds nothing stuck. No silicone needed.
The "silly goose" is a favourite gift for friends who are one, and a cute farmhouse piece. Pour it in white, paint the beak orange and the bow in any colour. The zip carries both halves, the goose master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file for the generator.

Print both halves as exported. Clamp-strength settings: 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, no supports.
Drop a tabbed wick into one half so the tab sits on the cavity floor, close the halves and band them along the whole seam.
Clip the wick centred across the pour funnel and pour at 65 to 75 C.
Once the first pour is firm but still warm, top up the funnel. Wax shrinks, and the second pour fills the dip.
Cool fully, open the halves at the pry pockets and trim the wick. Paint the beak and the bow if you like.

Yes, it is 16 mm thick and joins the body in a wide curve. Open the halves slowly and lift the goose by its body, not by the head.
Down through its back, where the pour funnel sits, into the body. The neck and head stay standing for most of the burn.
Pour the goose white, then paint the bow with candle paint in red, pink or a plaid. It is raised on both sides of the neck, so a brush finds it easily.
