◆ Candle wax
An angel candle, 93 mm tall: a flared gown, folded hands, a halo and feathered wings spread wide. A rigid two-part print.
An angel candle 93 mm tall and 91 mm across the wings: a flared gown, hands folded at the front, a round head, a halo standing behind it, and two feathered wings spread out behind the shoulders.
The mold is exactly what our two-part candle mold generator builds for it: two rigid halves with rubber-band grooves, pry pockets and a pour funnel on top. The wings and the halo lie in the plane of the seam, so they are part of the outline, their feathers face front and back, and the tool's own seam check finds nothing stuck. No silicone needed.
A quiet, elegant Christmas and memorial candle. Pour it in ivory or white and dust the wings and halo with gold mica. The zip carries both halves, the angel master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file for the generator.
Shown as a 3D render of the printed mold halves pulled apart around the candle they cast, not a photo.

Print both halves as exported. Clamp-strength settings: 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, no supports.
Drop a tabbed wick into one half so the tab sits on the cavity floor, close the halves and band them along the whole seam.
Clip the wick centred across the pour funnel and pour at 65 to 75 C.
Once the first pour is firm but still warm, top up the funnel. Wax shrinks, and the second pour fills the dip.
Cool fully, open the halves at the pry pockets and trim the wick on top of the head. Dust the wings and halo with gold mica if you like.

Yes, they are 7 mm thick with rounded edges and joined to the back all along the shoulders. Open the halves slowly and lift the angel out by the gown, not by a wing.
A thin wax ring behind the head would snap the first time someone picks the candle up. A solid disc reads as a halo from the front and survives handling and shipping.
Out of the top of the head, where the pour funnel sits, down into the gown. The head and shoulders burn first, the wings stay standing for a long time.
