A bubble orb candle 70 mm across and 61 mm tall: 26 round bubbles packed around a core ball, so the whole candle reads as a sphere made of bubbles, with a flat foot to stand on.
Made with the hugging-shell mode of our silicone mold maker: print the base with the orb fused onto it and the two shell halves, pour about 316 ml of silicone, and the flexible mold that comes out peels off every bubble. The shells come off sideways (the print sheet explains how), and the candle casts solid, with no holes between the bubbles.
A fresh take on the bubble cube for anyone who wants it round: pour it in lilac, cream or a pearl mica. The zip carries every printed part, the orb master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file for the generator.

Print the base, which has the master already fused onto it, and the two shell halves. No supports.
Stand the shell halves on the base around the master and hold the seams shut with steel binder clips. The seats for them are built into the shell.
Tape the outside seams or run a bead of hot glue along them, because silicone finds every gap.
Mix 347 ml of silicone in one batch, pour it into the open top in a thin stream, and fill level with the rim.
Once it has cured, unclip the shell and slide each half off SIDEWAYS, not upward: the master is wider above its foot, so the base rib is left open for that. Then peel the silicone off the master. That silicone is your mold.
Set the silicone back in the shell to keep its shape, and cast into it through the opening the base left.

The cube is 27 bubbles in a square grid; the orb is 26 bubbles spread evenly over a ball, so it has no flat sides and no corners. It is a little larger, 70 mm against the cube's 61 mm, and reads as round from every angle.
The bubbles around the middle bulge outwards, so the printed shells cannot lift straight up over them. Slide each half off to the side instead, as the tool's print sheet in the zip describes. The silicone inside is flexible and does not care.
About 127 g of pillar wax per candle, from a mold made once from about 347 ml of silicone.
