A tray of twelve candy corn wax melts, each 30 x 34 mm and 11 mm deep: the kernel's curved base, bowed flanks and a rounded tip, a softly domed face, and two fine lines across it where candy corn turns from yellow to orange to white. About 6 ml of wax each, a small single melt.
Made with our tray mold generator in its flexible silicone tray mode: print one part, pour silicone into it, and peel out a flexible twelve-cavity tray that the melts pop out of whole.
Pour them in one colour and let the lines do the work, or layer the three colours: tilt the tray so the tips sit lowest, pour white up to the first line, let it set, then orange up to the second, then lay the tray flat and fill with yellow. The zip carries the printed caster exactly as the tool exported it, one melt on its own as an STL, the master uploaded to the tool, and a print and pour sheet with the silicone figure the tool measured.

Print the caster as exported, open side up. It is one part, so there are no seams to seal. No supports.
Set it on a level surface. Mix 221 ml of silicone in one batch and pour it into one corner in a thin stream, letting it flow round the raised shapes until it is level with the rim.
Tap the caster on the table for a minute to bring the bubbles up, then let the silicone cure for as long as its datasheet says.
Peel the cured silicone out of the caster. That silicone is your tray, and the caster is ready for another one.
For three colours, tilt the tray so the tips of the kernels sit lowest and pour white wax up to the first line. Let it set, pour orange up to the second line, let that set, then lay the tray flat and fill with yellow.
Once the wax has set right through, flex the tray and peel it back to pop the melts out.

Candy corn and caramel scents are the obvious pick, and vanilla, marshmallow, butterscotch or a warm maple all fit the look. Most melt waxes hold 6 to 10 percent fragrance oil by weight; the supplier states the maximum.
Let each layer set until it is firm but still slightly warm before the next goes on, and pour the next colour a few degrees cooler than the first. Too hot and it melts the layer below; too cold and the layers split apart when the melt pops out.
Yes. Melt-and-pour soap layers the same way, with a spritz of rubbing alcohol between layers so they bond. For candy, cast the tray in a food-safe platinum silicone and keep it for food only: yellow, orange and white candy melts make edible candy corn.
