◆ Candle wax
A tall wavy candle with "chill" in raised script running up the front. A rigid two-part print, no silicone.
A wavy slab candle 128 mm tall, 58 mm wide and 28 mm deep: the whole slab snakes gently side to side as it rises, with rounded edges, and "chill" in raised script runs up its front face along the wave, reading bottom to top. The back is smooth.
The mold is exactly what our two-part candle mold generator builds for it: two rigid halves with rubber-band grooves, pry pockets and a pour funnel on top. The slab stands upright with the seam through its middle, parallel to the lettered face, so every raised letter lifts straight out of the front half, and the tool's own seam check finds nothing stuck. No silicone needed.
A calm candle for a desk or a bath shelf: pour it in sage, pale blue or white with lavender or eucalyptus oil, and leave the script plain. The zip carries both halves, the master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file for the generator.
Shown as a 3D render of the printed mold halves pulled apart around the candle they cast, not a photo.

Print both halves as exported. Clamp-strength settings: 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, no supports. PETG takes hot wax best.
Drop a tabbed wick into one half so the tab sits on the cavity floor under the pour funnel, then close the halves and band them along the whole seam.
Clip the wick centred across the pour funnel and pour at 65 to 75 C.
Once the first pour is firm but still warm, top up the funnel. Wax shrinks, and the second pour fills the dip.
Cool fully, open the halves at the pry pockets, trim the wick and cut the sprue off the top.

Pour the candle in one colour, then once it is cold dry-brush the letters with a little mica powder, or rub candle paint over them and wipe the flat face clean with a soft cloth. The raised script catches the colour and the slab stays plain.
One wick up the middle, rated for a 30 to 40 mm wide candle, about 160 mm long: the slab is 128 mm tall and 28 mm deep, so the flame burns down through its middle. A flat wood wick suits the shape too.
Use a soy pillar blend, not a container soy wax: container soy is too soft to stand on its own and smears the letters. Paraffin pillar wax, a pillar soy blend or beeswax all release cleanly from the rigid halves.
