◆ Candle wax
A little sheet ghost with big eyes and an "o" mouth, 86 mm tall. A rigid two-part print for Halloween candles.

A ghost candle 86 mm tall: a round head, a sheet that flares out into soft folds round the hem, two stubby arms and a surprised little face with the eyes and mouth pressed in. The cute kind of spooky that Halloween shelves are full of.
The mold is exactly what our two-part candle mold generator builds for it: two rigid halves with rubber-band grooves, pry pockets and a pour funnel on top. The seam runs from arm to arm, so the face is the front half and the back of the sheet is the other, and the tool's own seam check finds nothing stuck. No silicone needed.
Pour it in plain white and leave the face as it is, or fill the eyes and mouth with a drop of black wax once it is out. The zip carries both halves, the ghost master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file that puts every setting back on the generator.
The photos are our own test print of both halves, straight off a Bambu textured plate in blue and pink PLA, with the rubber-band grooves on the back of each half. The last image is a 3D render of the halves around the candle they cast.

Print both halves as exported. Clamp-strength settings: 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, no supports.
Drop a tabbed wick into one half so the tab sits on the cavity floor, close the halves and band them along the whole seam.
Clip the wick centred across the pour funnel and pour at 65 to 75 C.
Once the first pour is firm but still warm, top up the funnel. Wax shrinks, and the second pour fills the dip.
Cool fully, open the halves at the pry pockets and trim the wick. Fill the eyes and mouth with black wax or candle paint if you like.

Pour the ghost in white, let it cool, then drip a little melted black wax into the eyes and mouth with a pipette or a toothpick, or paint them with black candle paint. Wipe any overflow off with a warm cloth before it sets.
It is a small, quick candle about 180 ml of wax, which suits a market table or a gift box, and a rigid mold like this one casts the same ghost every time. Start pouring in September: the halves print in a day and last for many casts.
Straight down the middle, out through the top of the head where the pour funnel sits. Drop a tabbed wick in before you close the halves so the tab stands on the cavity floor, and clip it centred across the funnel.
