A tray of four wax melt snap bars, each 74 x 50 mm and 16 mm deep: six 24 mm cubes on a thin web, with V-grooves between them so a cube snaps off for the warmer. Every cube carries its own raised Halloween icon: a bat, a ghost, a jack-o-lantern, a skull, a crescent moon with a star, and a spider on its thread. About 50 ml of wax per bar.
Made with our tray mold generator in its flexible silicone tray mode: print the caster, pour silicone into it and peel out a flexible four-bar tray. The icons stand 1.2 mm proud, so they come out crisp, and the flexible tray lets go of the snap grooves that would lock a rigid mold, which is why the site's mold advisor picked silicone.
Snap bars are how small candle shops sell melts, one scent per bar. Pour them in pumpkin orange, black or purple, or dust the icons with mica once they are out. The zip carries the printed caster exactly as the tool exported it, one bar on its own as an STL, the master uploaded to the tool, and a print and pour sheet with the silicone figure the tool measured.

Print the caster as exported, open side up. It is one part, so there are no seams to seal. No supports.
Set it on a level surface. Mix 266 ml of silicone in one batch and pour it into one corner in a thin stream, letting it flow round the raised shapes until it is level with the rim.
Tap the caster on the table for a minute to bring the bubbles up, then let the silicone cure for as long as its datasheet says.
Peel the cured silicone out of the caster. That silicone is your tray, and the caster is ready for another one.
Fill each cavity, let it set, then flex the tray and peel it back to pop the pieces out.

Once the bars are out, brush a little gold, silver or pearl mica over the raised icons with a dry, soft brush, then blow off the loose powder. The mica sticks to the tops of the icons and leaves the rest of the bar matte. On a dark wax, white mica reads best.
The wax was too soft or too warm. Let the bars set fully, overnight for soy, and snap them at room temperature along the grooves by folding the bar over a table edge. A harder melt blend with some paraffin snaps cleaner than pure soy.
Each bar holds about 50 ml of wax, roughly 45 g, so at 8 percent fragrance that is about 3.6 g of oil per bar. Most melt waxes take 6 to 10 percent; check the supplier's maximum, and stir it in at the temperature they give.
