A knitted mitten candle 84 mm tall, 63 mm wide and 25 mm thick: a mitten outline with a thumb, a ribbed cuff at the bottom it stands on, and raised V-stitch knitting over both faces.
The mold is exactly what our two-part candle mold generator builds for it: two rigid halves with rubber-band grooves, pry pockets and a pour funnel on top. The seam runs round the mitten's outline, so each knitted face is one half, and the tool's own seam check finds nothing stuck. No silicone needed.
A cosy winter candle for Christmas markets and gift boxes. Pour it in red, cream or forest green, and pair it with a second in another colour. The zip carries both halves, the mitten master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file for the generator.

Print both halves as exported. Clamp-strength settings: 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, no supports.
Drop a tabbed wick into one half so the tab sits on the cavity floor, close the halves and band them along the whole seam.
Clip the wick centred across the pour funnel and pour at 65 to 75 C.
Once the first pour is firm but still warm, top up the funnel. Wax shrinks, and the second pour fills the dip.
Cool fully, open the halves at the pry pockets and trim the wick at the top of the mitten.

Yes, on its flat ribbed cuff, 48 mm wide and 25 mm deep. Set it on a small dish while it burns.
Dry-brush a slightly lighter mica or candle paint over the mitten once it is cool. It catches the raised V-stitches and the cuff ribs and leaves the gaps darker.
Down from the top of the mitten, where the pour funnel sits, to the cuff. The mitten is 25 mm thick, so use a small wick and short burns, or keep it as a decoration.
