◆ Candle wax
A puffy "XOXO" bubble letter candle, 160 mm long, from a rigid two-part print. Two wicks, no silicone.
A bubble letter candle that spells "XOXO" in round, puffy letters fused into one piece, 160 mm long, 42 mm tall and 26 mm deep, standing on flat feet so it does not rock. Every edge is rounded like a balloon, front and back.
The mold is exactly what our two-part candle mold generator builds for it: two rigid halves with rubber-band grooves, pry pockets and a pour funnel on top. The letters stand upright in the mold with the seam running through the middle of the word, so the front of every letter is in one half and the back in the other, and the tool's own seam check finds nothing stuck. No silicone, and the round puffy edges come out as smooth as the print.
Hugs and kisses for Valentine's Day or a Galentine's gift box: pour it in pink, red or cream, and add a little red mica for shine. The zip carries both halves, the master as its own STL, the tool's own print-settings sheet and a recipe file that puts every setting back on the generator.
Shown as a 3D render of the printed mold halves pulled apart around the candle they cast, not a photo.

Print both halves as exported. Clamp-strength settings: 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill, no supports. PETG takes hot wax best.
Drop a tabbed wick into one half under each of the two pour funnels, so each tab sits on the cavity floor, then close the halves and band them along the whole seam.
Clip each wick centred across its funnel and pour at 65 to 75 C, a little into each funnel in turn.
Once the first pour is firm but still warm, top up the funnels. Wax shrinks, and the second pour fills the dip.
Cool fully, open the halves at the pry pockets, trim both wicks and cut the sprues off the letter tops.

The word is 160 mm long and only 26 mm deep, so one wick in the middle would tunnel down and leave the end letters standing. Two thin wicks, one under each pour funnel, burn the whole word down evenly. A small cotton or wood wick rated for a 40 to 50 mm candle suits each one.
Yes, if you pour slowly into both funnels in turn. The tool puts the two holes over the highest points of the word, and the seam lets out the little air that gathers at the other letter tops. Tap the closed mold on the table after pouring, and top up once the wax has firmed.
Smaller, yes: the zip carries the master as its own STL, so scale it down and run it through the two-part candle mold generator again. Another word needs a new master: make the letters in any 3D text tool, export an STL and upload it to the same generator.
