Everyone on your list can have anything delivered tomorrow, so give them what no shop has: an ornament with their name that comes out of the box again every December, or a candle you poured.

Two weeks before you need them, more if you are making one for everyone on your list. Printing takes from under an hour for a cutter to overnight for a palm-sized mold, silicone cures in 4 to 24 hours, wax cools in 4 to 6 and concrete wants at least a day in the mold. If you post your gifts, count the shipping days too.
Trays and sets. A tray mold casts several pieces per pour, so one evening of wax melts, chocolates or concrete ornaments covers a whole office. Name ornaments and keychains are quick too: type each name and print them in one batch.
Making gifts is personal use and free. Selling the pieces you cast from a design on this page needs a commercial licence (Pro or Founder), and passing on the file itself is not permitted on any plan. The licences page has the full terms.
Two ways. A lithophane turns a photo into a thin printed panel that shows the picture when light shines through it. The photo candle wraps a photo round a candle as a relief that glows when the candle is lit.
